Lartruvo è usato per il trattamento del cosiddetto sarcoma dei tessuti molli, che è un nome comune per vari tumori nel tessuto di supporto del corpo, cioè. tessuto connettivo, muscoli, tessuto adiposo, vasi sanguigni e nervi.

Usato solo in ospedale.


dosaggio

Disponibile come concentrato per soluzione per infusione, dopo diluizione, in una vena.

Adulti. Di solito 15 mg per kg di peso corporeo nei giorni 1 e 8 in ciascuna serie di trattamento di 21 giorni.

Nota:

  • L'antistaminico e l'ormone del binyrebark vengono somministrati prima del primo trattamento per ridurre gli effetti collaterali - e poi se necessario (eventualmente integrato con un agente che abbassa la febbre, ad esempio il paracetamolo)
  • Gli effetti collaterali possono provocare un'interruzione o l'interruzione del trattamento.
  • La doxorubicina viene somministrata il giorno 1 per un massimo di 8 serie di trattamento.
