Increlex® usato per il trattamento di ritardo della crescita in bambini e adolescenti (2-18 anni) a causa della mancanza dell'ormone fattore di crescita insulino-simile-1 (IGF-1). IGF-1 è necessario per la crescita normale. Increlex® può essere ottenuto solo da un ospedale.

La dose è individuale e deve essere somministrata immediatamente prima o dopo un pasto.
